Rob has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Michigan State University (USA) and a Graduate Certificate In TESOL from Victoria University.
In addition, he also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He has worked with both IELTS and Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) ESL students and enjoys helping others reach their goals, whether this be general language skills or a higher band score in IELTS. He takes great delight in being able to meet and work with people from all different backgrounds and is always willing to put in extra effort to help them.

My name is Malcolm Coe and I am an IELTS preparation and OET tutor at the Melbourne Language Education Centre. I have a strong passion for language teaching and learning.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Melbourne University and am a CPA Accountant and also a certified TESOL – Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages.

Esther Yap is an OET preparation tutor at Melbourne Language Education Centre.
She is passionate about people, social justice and global health.
She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (with Distinction) and is currently practicing as a pharmacist in Melbourne whilst completing her medical degree at the University of Melbourne. Additionally, she is involved in the running of multiple societies such as the General Practice Student Network and the REACH clinic, the first student-run clinic in Australia. She loves teaching and is an able mentor to international students.

Leonie is a native speaking Australian with a strong desire to help others.
After graduating from university and spending many years teaching in the fine arts, Leonie decided to combine her loves of teaching, language and social justice and start a new career in tutoring overseas students in IELTS and Pearson preparation.
As part of this process she was trained by both MLEC instructors as well as TAFE EAL instructors culminating in her taking the Pearson Test and obtaining an overall score of 88.
